Trout Fishing Report for Bennett Spring

How's Fishing?
Happy Father's Day to all of you who are Dads, and to those men who taught you how to be the great Dad you are.  For those of you who are planning a trip to Bennett for Father's Day, the weather will be in the high 80's with little chance of rain. As far as the fishing,  we continue to see stringers of larger fish and a lot more lunkers than last year. That's the recipe for a great time.

Quote of the Day
A Macedonian way of catching fish...They fastened red (crimson red) wool round a hook, and fix on to the wool two feathers which grow under a cock's wattles, and which in colour are like wax. Their rod is six feet long, and the the line the same length. then they throw in their snare, and the fish attracted and and maddened by the colour, comes straight at it..
