How's  Fishing?
The conditions at the Spring are starting to be more like we would expect to see in April.  This weekend is the first time that there is a forecast that really looks good!  Gradually the flow is slowing and the water is clearing.  The water looks better than it has all spring.  Although it's still green, it's not too muddy.  All in all, pretty fish-able!

Fishing Times
Regular Season for Trout Fishing at Bennett Spring is March 1st to October 31.

Opening whistle is 7:30 and ending whistle is 7 pm.
Starting April 1st the time changes to 7:00 am to 7:30 pm

June and July 6:30 to 8"30
August 7:00 to 8:00 pm
September 7:30 to 7:15
October 7:30 to 6:30

Who's Fishing?
Most of the schools are back in session.  The stream is quiet.  Those who are fishing are more likely to be retired or just lucky enough to get a week off this time of year.
